Any opinions on switching out pedals for a line 6 Helix?
I'm thinking about making things simple in this way.

I've used a Helix exclusively for six years now, and I love it. No amps, just plugged into an FRFR powered speaker, and the only extra pedal I use is an MXR talkbox. The Helix sounds great, and provides pretty much unlimited versatility.

I'm using Helix Floor since it came out in 2015 and I'm still enjoying it. Line 6 just released firmware 3.60 and is still working on new updates. So I think it would be a great buy.

i have a few friends who have swapped over to them and i've been impressed with the tones you can achieve with the helix, it's not convinced me to make the change but that's because i have a nice set up already but if i was starting from scratch i'd be tempted to go that route
