Here's a cut from Peace, Love, and Loud Guitars:

"Blues in the Third Degree"  https://youtu.be/s9CaXM5yuTM .  The solo crosses over from blues thorough and interesting metal ascending lick into an EVH tapping.  Kind of cool, actually.

He's got a Blues-leaning-toward-Rock feel but I think I like it.

On the album, you can definitely hear his modern influences - Billy Gibbons, Clapton, and others, as well as the old guard.  You can hear riffs directly from their work.  Got the vocals right.  Writing on most of the songs is quite good (how can you not like a song entitled "White Trash Princess"?).  Good studio mix.

He's a young fella that's not scared to left his influences show.  Not derivative at all.  He's paying homage.

Been following Davy Knowles for a quite few years now, think you might like him https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k9HSUAM56jM

Originally from the Isle of Man. Unfortunately, he's based in the wrong side of the pond for me, tours a lot on your side though.

Cheers,

Gordon

Thanks GrodonAll!   First tune sounded good.  I'll probably listen to the entire thing over the weekend
