Incubus' Sound

I'm attempting to emulate the Incubus guitarist's sound. His distortion is fairly simple, and I think I've got that down. Could use a little tweaking, but it'll do.

My big issue is his clean tone. He obviously love's phaser and delay, but I can never really get down what he has or how he uses it. It could be my guitar, it could be my pickups, it could be my effects/settings, but I'd like to know. Does anyone know what he uses/how he uses it?

Sure he is.
But what's the point?
Maybe in a song he uses twice the phaser w/ different settings and he does not want to bend down and tweak the knobs.
Or?

Using what I had available to me, I discovered what sounds a lot like that delay/dist/phase thing Incubus does (such as in the beginning of “Nice to Know You”, “Warning”, “Pardon Me”, etc.)

I use a Behringer combo and have a Korg Toneworks effects pedal. So, my variables are kind of screwed up, but I put them into fractions. So, if you have a need for this effect, feel free to do the math and set your equipment for it.

I used my CLEAN effect on the Toneworks pedal with a PHASER. The speed of the phaser is 14/30. My clean tone consists of:

COMPRESSION: 5/30
LOW: 14/15
MID FREQUENCY: 3/3
MID: 5/15
HIGH: 15/15

I then used the effects on my Behringer on top of this. These go as follows:

OVERDRIVE: 4/10
MORPHING: 2/10 (You may not have this option based on your amp. Some tweaking may be needed if not)

MID BOOST: On (once again, you may not have this option)
PRESENCE: 10/10
BASS: 10/10
MID: 10/10
TREBLE: 10/10
DELAY - Speed: 35/63
Decay: 35/63
Clarity: 50/50

I set my pickup at the middle single-coil. That seems work best for this effect and my guitar, but, as your's may be different, you may wish to do something else.

Mike usually uses Boss Pedals... ( use... the Boss Flanger BF-3 and a Boss Digital Delay to get the "incubus sound"

Speaking of INcubus, would you happen to have the tab for drive. The tab I've found on the net doesn't sound right(or maybe I don't play it right). I really dig that song, the sound, the lyrics, pretty much everything.

I've got both of their tab books, besides their newest.
