Hello, again!

Some new silly questions here:

1. I like to play metal and often I have to play fast on a muted string. The problem is to keep the rythm, cause even if I think it sounds good, people that listen to me won't think if I over and over again misses to keep the tempo.

Is a metrometer the best way to learn to keep the rythm? I belive that those are pretty expensive, especielly for a poor student :D . Does anyone here know if there are any programsor or something simillari on the Web that could work as a metrometer?

2. Someone once told me that I should learn to synchronise better {sorry about my bad english}. Well, I supposed it means that if I play really fast, I have to push the string at the exactly same time as my pick hits it. Otherwise it will a hammer on or a muted tune.

So, if anyone knows if there is any good excersise or so that would help me please tell me. I believe it could help playing much faster solos.

Thank you very much! Cya!

A metronome is a good idea , specialy if you don't practice too much with bands ... You can find metronome softwares online.
Search in sharing progs like kazaa or download.com , I'm sure you'll find a plenty of freeware metronomes.

If you have a tab/midi prog or a recording software , you can assign it as a metronome.
