Can't Cancel Subscription

I've been trying to cancel my sub for a month now.  I haven't had access to my account in over a month even though I pay $20 a month.  The site, on every page, just tells me to upgrade my account for full access.  I can't cancel payment either, so I'm basically just wasting money at this point.
