Customer Support - how long do you have to wait...

Hello,

Does anyone know how long do you have to wait for a reply from the customer support?

I wrote a quite important ticket (time sensitive) yesterday and still haven't got reply.

I normally could wait but I've had a couple never answered before so I wonder if there are even received from me.

Can someone check it, please?
