Demo track

I am struggling with demo tracks

There is no count in.

So struggling to when to start .

Hi Chris, not sure of 'demo' tracks but if 'jam tracks' as below then percussion lead in is in both the last two tracks..., the performance video shows the linkage

I am doing the twelve bar blues.

But when the jam begins not sure when to start.

I am not a natural so finding it hard .

Same here.... working through after Blues... after BF'sso I know what you mean...

[br]What works for me ..... looking at my graphic snip above..... before starting to play along in the 'performance' part spend quality time SLOWLY practicing all parts using the TAB SCORE.... this gets the basics into my head and gives time to get the fingers working okay.

[br]Then and only then I play along with the 'performance' section and my 'brain' has the spare capacity to work on the starts, timings etc.... using the video as a cue when necessary.

Once happy with this then I use the jam track and eventually it all comes together....

[br]Initially I had a tendency to move through the lessons too quickly before mastering each .... but that's maybe just me...

Exactly what lesson are you working on? Can you post a link or a complete title?
