Hi Tinpan,

Yes, the 7th chords (major 7, minor 7, and dominant 7) have four different notes (1, 3, 5, 7) and can be arranged in any order. These are great 'target' notes to end phrases on. Major and minor chords have three notes (1, 3, 5).
