I play a lot of open tuning, usually in open E. But almost everything is with a slide. I’m playing Eagles, ZZ Top, Joe Walsh, ABB, Stones….and so much more. I’ve got an SG set up just for slide with high action and heavier strings. I’ve also researched playing slide in standard tuning by reading allot of things by guys like Warren Haynes. Great choices. Beyond The Stones, explore Joni Mitchell's "Big Yellow Taxi" (Open D) or Fleetwood Mac's "Big Love" (Open G). John Butler's "Ocean" in Open C is also iconic.
