New Fender Amp without a ground

I purchased a new Fender amp in Thailand that came without a ground terminal on the power cord. 100-230V[br][br]I've contacted Fender support whose only solution was to say 'contact the retailer." But the retailer is not responsible for providing the power cord for the amp. They buy the amp from Fender's supply chain. Their customer service response has boiled down to "I would advise to not play it any longer due to risk." [br][br]I sent a letter to Fender Corporate but have received no reply.[br][br]I tried plugging it in when I first got it but I get current through the strings. [br][br]So I'm stuck. I've got a brand new amp that is unsafe to play and no resolution from Fender? So? What do I do? This sucks. Looking for answers.
