Man I wish I could give you an answer but it´s hard ´cause it´s stuff I colected over the 2-3 years. Some of it I don´t even remember where I got it from but here are a few srating tips:

Get Yngwies Play It Load 2 for sweeping.

Get Petruccis Rock Discipline for alternate pickin´ and legato.

Get Paul Gilberts Intense Rock (you don´t need the video for this one ´cause you can find all excercises on the net) for some more alternate pickin´ licks, 3-note per string scales and string skipping.

And look up for some licks on this site and choose the ones you like most. It can take a little time but it´s worth. Also go to http://www.mysongbook.com You can find lot of cool excercises.

Guitar world have asection called lessons wich are divided by artists. Look through some of your fav. (there are plenty) and go for those licks (again there are plenty).

And at the end just surf on guitar pages and you´ll find lots of stuff more than you our I can imagine.

And most important of all, learn some hard solos (Petrucci, Gilbert, Malmsteen, Vai, Satch...) and play them over and over again. Also take out diffcult passages and make them like an excercise lick.

Also come up with your own.
