Day 1:
Sweeping (1h)
Advanced 16-note pickin´ (scales/sequences) (1h)
3 Notes per string (scales/sequences) (1h)
Leraning new stuff & repeating old stuff

Day 2:
Arpegios (a la crossroad arps) (1h)
String Skipping (Much much Gilbert influenced licks) (1h)
Chromatic scales and playn´ some advanced (Dream Theater(Malmsteen/Gilbert/Vai...) solos 1(h) somtimes more.
Learning new stuff % repeating old.

It may look boring and monoton but one day does do the trick for me. And it usualy end up with 4h guitarplay evryday.

If you dont mind me asking.....where do you find excersices of that caliber to practice?...
I would like to have a solid set up like that...but i dont know what to do that will really really make me incredible.

Thanks :)
