Hi there,
I have a little problem and didn't know in which section to put it, so I did in here.

last time i had a scene i nearly fell over my cable, because it lay all over the floor, i don't want this to happen another time.

When I play standing (I prefer and usually play seated) I run the cable from my guitar past the left side of the strap (i.e. - between the strap and your body) straight to my amp or pedal with only a bit of slack. The extra slack I place behind or to the side of my amp, and I make it a point to not walk backwards and to the right while I'm playing ;)

About going wireless, I say go! I have a wireless, the brand of which I can't think of right now, but it was only about $200 and it works quite well. Keep an extra cord handy, though, as you may forget to change out your 9 volt battery.

You should also get into the habit of passing the cable between the strap and the guitar body so that there is some strain relief. It's just so embarassing to suddenly go silent because you stepped on your cable and pulled the plug out of your axe!

well, you should run the strap through the strap and guitar at the end pin, but you should also just get used to it. because you will always have it there.
Thanks for listening to this small piece of me.
