If your FR bridge is at a slant, then remove the back cover on your guitar body , lock the screws more till the bridge is in place ... If you're outa room in your screws, add another spring.

For a metal pickup , you can't go wrong with EMG's , specialy EMG 81 ... Duncan or Dimarzio would be your choice for a passive pickup.
