Hi, I use my Wah as a filter all the time because it gives my tone more "pop" and it reduces accidental distortion. I can basically get the usual sustained tone but a lot cleaner.
Why is this? Does it cut out lower frequencies?
Is there a way of doing this without having to use my wah?
