Hi. Been playing over 45 years, know basic first position and barre chords, pretty good at arpeggio and strumming, but never progressed beyond intermediate level. Grew up loving Roy Clark, I absolutely admire Jimmy Page and Stevie Ray Vaughan, and my jaw drops with Al Di Meola. I've completed the GT two-part begginner series, but now I'm struggling with where to go from there. I'd really like to become proficient at soloing with a basic understanding of music theory. Can you give me some advice? Thank you.

I'd encourage you to work through the Blues and Rock Style courses. Those will give you a step by step cirriculum to work through in order to gain the knowledge & physical playing skills required to play the styles you expressed interest in.
If your skills are already beyond those, then you might enjoy these collections that are a deeper dive into those specific topics.

And don't neglect songs! Pick a few songs to start working on. That's why we learn all those ideas & skills, to play music!
Hope that helps! Please ask more if necessary & best of success!
