Hi guys! I'm a newbie, and I'd like to ask you for advice. My sister is a musician, she plays the guitar and writes her own songs. I want to help her, and I have an idea to create a website for her. What do you think about this idea? Is it possible to make a site, and develop it with a tight budget? Or it isn't worth my time, and it will be better to stay on social networks?
Need advice.
Ok. the first advice I will give you is use a more descriptive thread title than "Need Advice". Almost every thread is asking for advice. give the viewer an idea if it is something of interest or something he or she can help with. How about "A website for my sister musician"?
My other advice is "Why not?". Other than a probably small financial and time investment what could it hurt? If you are not a web developer or don't know of one there a places like Host Gator that will develop one for you/her for not a huge investment. I had to move mine (not music) and am dealing with them right now.
I'm sure there are others offering similar services.

Thank you so much vor sharing your experience, and for the advice about the thread, I`ve already changed the title
I`m also interested how much time does it take to develop the site, and how long will it take to see the site in Google search?
