Purple Haze sound

I hae a digitech rp200 effects pedal, and i can't figure out how to get the sound created in purple haze. if u've got any ideas, let me know

I believe Jimi Hendrix used a Fuzz Face on this one... Try dialing a fuzz tone from your pedal (I'm sure you'll find a patch named fuzz , fuzzy or something like that) ... Then you might need a little tweaking in the parameters to get a more similar tone to that of "Purple Haze".
