AT 57 years old and having just beaten the big C (for now) I have decided remission & lockdown meaning no commuting for past few months and seemingly a few more - deserves my trying to achieve what I have always wished to do and learn to play the Electric Guitar.

My physical strength is back at abouot 80% - hands as you would expect for my age - but I have seen people a lot older and less able try - so wishing everyone here good luck and have taken the plunge based on excellent reviews.

I am based in hampshire UK and work in LOndon (when we are allowed back)

Welcome! Yes, never too old to learn... :) I think you'll really enjoy the structured lessons that you can take at your own pace and watch over and over again. I have been playing for 7 months now and exceeded my own expectations in my playing abilities. Signing up for Guitar Tricks was one of the best things I have done. And because of covid, I haven't had one in-person lesson with anyone. So this has been a godsend.
