This may sound strange, but since this problem started when you put on the .011 E string, how about just putting a .009 E string back on it, unless you want to keep doing this, buy some extra E strings the next time you buy strings, one of the basics of setting up a guitar is staying with the same gauge strings, I understand this was probably an emergency measure, but do you want to re-set your Floyd Rose for a 50 cent string?
