IMO, it's always best to start at the beginning.
Start with Fundamentals. If you already know the material and can play through the lessons... good on you... it'll take you a very short time to get through the basic courses. I suspect; however, that you will learn something and hone some chops in the process.
When you're finished, you can ask the question again about which genre.
