hey guy's
recently i bought a 1960AV cab from a Kris Hoyland (emails: freesoftonline@hotmail.com , indigenousdesign.net) off the internet....i sent him the money via paypal....and needless to say, didnt get anything in return, and now i cannot get in contact with him.....he posted a Guitar Trick on this site a while ago, and i'd like to ask yo guy's for any info on Kris Hoyland that could help me get in contact with him and/or file a report against him...

eBay has a section for reporting fraud. File a complaint with them, listing the Item Number, and meanwhile leave some suitably nasty Feedback to warn others.

If your PayPal account is based on a credit card, you can also get the bank that issued the card involved. They don't take kindly to credit card fraud, and you're only held responsible for $50 of the amount that was scammed.
