Great!

It's always fun to get a new guitar.

I'm watching a Godin accoustic/electric. Can't afford it but still, fun to dream about.

Good on ya!

I find that the probability of buying a new guitar is directly proportional to the amount of cash in my pocket, and my proximity to a music shop. I still think I'm better at buying them than playing them!

i love that feeling. i just recently bought a new axe as well. my dad was pissed though because i hadn't finished paying off my other one. i have a problem.

To improve technique and of course trying to keep all as clean as possible. I know my own limits and speed limits and so on I never play anything I'm not capable of. That wouldn't make any sense. After three years of playing I tried to play everything as fast as possible and that sounded, I would say, like shit, and I didn't realize that if I'd play bit slower things than I was capable of playing then everything would sound much better.

I get that too. I want this Schecter C-1 PLus Floyd Rose and my mom keeps getting mad because i already have an epiphone les paul. If i mention an amp better than my little fender frontman she gets mad. even effects get to her. Maybe she has the problem....

that's awesome dude! i've always wanted to buy a seven string or try one out. i bet you got that off of music 123 right? anyways, is the feel of a sixth string a lot different than a 7th?

congradulations man!!
i have an Ibanez RG421BK and it's just beautiful. it's a true work of art i think, it's very light, terrific to play, and it's beauty ranges from finely crafted perfection to a badass rawness(it's in the eye of the beholder).

i took at look at your guitar when i was buying mine and even though i'm not a huge fan of playing 7stringers, it was something to behold. i played it a bit and was amazed, your guitar is truly great. Ibanez makes some fantastic guitars.

hope you have a lot of good times with your new Ibanez, i'm know i'm loving mine!!
Thanks for listening to this small piece of me.

A Schecter C-1? And an epiphone les paul? Good collection. But you deffinitly need a better amp. I don't know if it's just mine, but I think that the frontman series is a piece of crap. I just got a new Peavey transtube 212 EFX amp! And I'm also looking at a Schecter C-1 or a Gibson Les Paul. What do you out there think of the C-1 in comprison. I was thinking of a Usa special les paul, not the best model I know, but I don't that type of money yet. What do you all think?

I'm personally saving up for this:

So who else is counting the seconds before their W-2's show up and they can file for their income tax returns?

I know my amp sucks. I hate everything about it. I am saving for a jcm 800 2x12 combo but i will most likely have to buy it from Ebay. Oh well its better than what i have know what amp do you use.

marquis i forgot I think the C-1 FR compares to jackson dinkys mostly they have 24 frets and a floyd rose. But the beat almost every guitar except the Randy Rhoads they tie because of the 2 volumes you can do the cut offs which is one of my favorite guitar tricks. But a cool thing about the Schecters are that they have split coils so you can put in push pull pots. its very versitial.

Congrats Az, funny how guitars just follow you home like that sometimes, I would recommend Dr. Simon to help you with this affliction, but I think he may also suffer from this same disease/affliction/syndrome/obsession, Remember when the fever strikes, count to 10 slowly, then count your money and start bargaining on the price..........

I use an old (infact VERY old) Solton Leslie Amp. It was formerly a hammond Organ Amp, but now iĀ“m using it for guitar and stick. I dunno how many watts is has, but its realy huge and realy loud *LOL*. And when you turn on the rotor cabinet, it gets even better.

Other than that i have a Hughes & Kettner Attak 80 amp and a small Dean Markley K15-X amp.
