Hi everyone,

[br]From the beginning of my guitarplaying i am switching from the blues to the rock course. I am thinking of a different aproach. In the rock course you get al those different practice tracks. I was thinking maybe it would be better to learn actual rock songs instead of practice tracks and follow the blues course. So i switch every day and one day i practice a song and the next i concentrate one the blues course and so on.

Do you guys think that's a good idea ?

Thanks for writing in! The beauty of Guitar Tricks is you can proceed however you'd like! Going back and fourth so much might be a great way to go. Though someone else might not like to do it that way. It really depends on if you feel like you are progressing by doing the program that way. Mixing up the lessons can be a great way to keep things interesting!
