Help! Twice now I have tried a semi hollow guitar with a Tune-O-Magic bridge and I can't seem to fix the intonation. My strat is no problem. Any advise please.

have you tried a ultimate roller bridge

there is plenty of adjustments you can make on this and it locks into place so when you change strings it stays in place.
I had a problem with my dot copy and this solved it.
