I use an app on my phone to tune. What hz do I set it to to tune my classical guitar?
Classical guitar Tuning Hz?
In standard tuning open A string is 440 Hz. There's no difference between classical and other guitars.

As jarkko mentioned the standard is A pitch at 440Hz. And there is no difference between classical guitar & any other style for the purpose of tuning.
One small point to correct, the open A string on the guitar is actually 110 Hz, 2 octaves lower than 440Hz.

Hope this helps!
Across music, the A above middle C, A4 (440 HZ), is used as a standard reference pitch for tuning instruments. This means that the pitch of all other notes is determined around this frequency to create a widely accepted standard pitch www.myprepaidcenter.com
