Good morning and welcome,
You already know quite a bit so you have put real effort into learning the guitar, but it sounds like you might be learning without direction - which is fine up to a point - I still pursue things just out of curiousity. But I think at some stage you will want to set some goals for yourself. And as John mentions, dropping by the Fundamentals wont hurt you. You should be able to breeze through them in a few days by the sounds of it.
These goals may be to learn a specific genre in more detail - I will use my example as I can speak to it: Blues. Since deciding to go down this rabbit hole I have put together a list of "must learn songs" of this genre and of course learning licks of the 3 kings: BB, Albert and Freddie.
You may want to be able to write songs - if that is the case you would benefit from some theory lessons.
Or you may want to have such fretboard mastery that you can jump into any jam in any key and have total command of what you are playing. That is a talent I am really envious of, but I know how it came about for those who can do it - lots of work and study.
The goals and direction for each of us are different. Think about what you want, even in the short term and enjoy the process of learning guitar.
Also, it is a really good idea to learn to use the seach tool. This site has information all over the place and it can be hard to find by just blind searching.
Good luck.
This year the diet is definitely gonna stick!
