I agree, here and there there might be a good song or fun to play song but for the most part there seems to be an absence of good material. Even some of the most popular bands like Foo Fighters, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Metallica to name a few might have one or no songs I understand getting permission to use a song can be hard but still, it is a little odd.
