If you're just starting out - I might make a suggestion - rathar than buying a another "better" amp just to piss off the neighbors and make the dogs hair fall out. You should consider an effects processor with a headphone jack. I started out on a Digitech RP-1. The RP2000 has a built in drum machine to jam along with. BOSS makes the GT series and I also own a Korg AX1000G which is a really versatile machine. You can pick these up used relatively cheap on ebay, I occasionally have some up on my site http://guitar-pedal.com . In my case, this really improved my playing - and I was able to practice alot more because I wasn't bothering anyone.
If you still want the reverb - I had a Fender Frontman 25R w/reverb - it was a pretty loud amp for the price ($100.00), but the 8" speaker would break up at higher volumes.
