I'm playing guitar for around 4 months. I know how to play all the basic chords, play some power chords and bar chords,strumming and fingerpicking in different timescale.

But all I can do is play repetitive patterns. I mean i feel like learning new things, but again end up playing another repetitive patter.

I heard solo guitars, it's like a song in itself. How do I do that ? I've no idea where to go next !
