I totally agree with Josh, I went on holiday for 2 weeks with no guitar and when I picked my axe back up after the 2 weeks, nothing felt right, it was very strange, my picking and evry technique I had learnt was so sloppy, I had to re-train myself!

Practice, practice, practice. It will come eventually.
