Along came guitartricks. Amazing platform. I was sceptical at first and thought it was going to be a waste of money. How wrong could I have been. I am currently working through the beginners course and in a matter of weeks learnt so much.
I am thorough enjoying learning now and always trying to find extra time pickup the guitar and practice.
Currently have a very cheap Amazon guitar which has worked for now but I can see I will be going to the local store soon to get something more suitable.
Keep up the good work guys.
That's awesome. You may have had a moment where you realized; hey, I'm making music!
As for the new guitar, you might want to consider that. One of the most important things in playing is to have an instrument that does not 'fight you'. Those things you learn are only made easier with a guitar that is easier to play. The beauty these days is that you can get a great guitar for a very reasonable price. When I started, it was Fender/Gibson or some cheap, poorly playing knockoff. I did start with a Gibson thanks to some hard work and a dad wiling to reward the work. Nowadays? You can get a great guitar and not shell out thousands....That comes later when you acquire a case of GAS (Guitar Acquisition Syndrome) ;) ........
