Just recently, I seem to be suffering from broken strings, the last 3 gigs have had a different string break each time, small venues so tricky to find space for a spare guitar, meaning a string change in poor light with the rest of the band carrying on...no pressure then !! I don't think I've started hitting the strings harder suddenly, I'm using Elixir 10-46 on a Strat Plus, and the breaks are at the bridge. Any ideas please, before I take my guitar in for attention?
