I noticed on the ZZ Top lessons, Anders Tele had an interesting looking metal nut on it, what kind of nut is he using? I'm assuming it's a custom shop tele also.

Hey there,

It may have several name, but when I bought it on Stewmac they called it an "extension nut". I've never liked playing slide without super high action, so this $10 gadget has been perfect since it allows me to instantly set up any of my guitars for slide playing :)

All the best,

Anders

Thanks Anders...I have been following your blues lessons. Fun stuff. I've switch to pure nickel wound strings out of preference, and currently play through a Vox AC10 which is a pretty fun little amp.
