Just wondering if people had advice for when and how you should circle back to topics previously learnt?

As a beginner on GuitarTricks I'm going through lessons fairly quickly on 'Guitar Fundamentals 1'. Once I can play the notes/melody by reading the notations I continue. However, I am worried that when continuing through and learning more and more things how do people here remember what lessons to go back to and when to go back to them to learn the techniques better and memorise them?

For example say I've just completed a lesson where I learnt a new melody or scale and feel competent in playing it whilst reading the tablature. Say in 10 lessons time how will I remember that I should go back to re-learn it because I probably would have forgotten about the lesson due to learning newer stuff. [br][br]

how does everyone here know what lessons are important enough to circle back to and when to do it? Shall I complete Fundamentals 1 and 2 before circling back to any lessons? Or is it a case of just circling back to things I feel are important as and when throughout the course. [br][br]

thanks!!

This. :-)

It takes as long as it takes unless you quit - then it takes forever and you will never get there.
