I'm getting back into guitar and picked up a D'Angelico DC Deluxe, and a Rob Scallon Chapman (8-String Variant.)
I'm currently following along and practiving through the Jazz guitar lessons with my D'Angelico, but I was curious if anyone had website/book/etc recommendations for Classical/Jazz/Fingerpicking styles on an 8 string guitar.
I wasn't seeing anything on Guitar Tricks for 8 string specifically, so I wanted to reach out to the community and get some information together on where to start. I know most 8 strings get used for heavy metal, but I prefer a clean-tone fingerpicking style with it and have loved messing around with the tunings (Currently learning Anchor from Rob Scallon with a FCFACGCE tuning.)
