Hello help

so im new to this site cause im convinced that this the best place to get better as a player. im not a beginner im pretty much self taught. im 41 i 1st started at age 13 took basic lessons then my parents stop paying and the rest i learned from friends and later on in my 20s youtube. my influnces are hard rock metal classic rock grunge. i can read tab. palm mute, play bar chords, power chords. i dont know scales or can play solos. i have issues picking srings fast. i feel i need string exercises and dexterity ecercises. my goal is to play all styles of rock. i want to further my playing and im frustrated with direction. im not a beginner but def not a pro. any suggestions what i should take or what i should do thanks
