Can my fingers be too fat for the guitar?

No. That's what I thought when I first started 20 months ago. It does get easier. Look at different ways to do certain chords. Like doing an A chord with 1 finger. I can never get 3 fingers in between those frets. Good luck and keep practicing. The results will come.

[br][br]Nope.[br]Been there as well, and all I can say is that the only way you will get around this is by practicing more. So try different angles, and as Nick suggested - there are different ways to do the chords, watch tutorials, and you'll be able to get it with time.
