So, i finally got around to some cash and i got myself a classical guitar. Im pretty much clueless, never touched one b4. I've check the interwebs and everyone seeems to be playing uses their nails, at least im all the tutorials and classes ive seen. I have a nail biting problem. I have literally no fingernails at this point and i dont see it changing.

Do i want to start practicing with finger picks or do i wanna start practicing with just my bare fingers?

Thanks!

Stop biting or change chewing hand?

Though I love listening to it, I perceive it a 'five after twelve" too late to realise ambition for me to attain any worthwhile degree of realised competency, so I'm just a Classical curiosity dabbler with my C40//02 -modified, at this stage.

However it might not be for you.

As this guy demonstrates established conventional Classical technique is a specialised finger style.

This guy and gal would appear to concur.
