Meant to share it yesterday with all and sundry in Places to Go, Sites to See, but can see now that intention was guided to procrastination keeping it especially for you at this moment.
Of course, be sensible with reasonable preventative precautions within your control re COVID-19, but there's really nothing to be anxious about mate. Everyone dies. Not everyone truly lives. Life's short, just shorter for some than others. A proportionate 'healthy' fear has its place in serving ego's craving for embodied self-preservation, but anxiety other than the fight or flight adrenalin induced hyper-vigilance kind, is a useless and destructive emotion.
Yer, I know that's easy for me to say appreciating it's easier said than done for some, but [u]try to focus mind conciousness elsewhere[/u]. To that end, [u]guitar seems a pretty good place[/u].
