I bought a acoustic electric guitar about 10 years ago. Took a few lessons, became frustrated and put the guitar
in the case. Three years ago tried again, became frustrated , put it away. Hoping third times a charm. Dedicated , a teacher without a class currently due to the pandemic. So far following the lessons and plan on sticking with it. Just worried I just don't have the talent, ear or rhythm needed to learn.

Pretty much ops normal mate. "Talent" is mostly acquired, 'ear' and rhythm learnt. More important to the task you've set yourself are committment and persistence.

Thank you Lisa, I am going step by step using your beginner lessons. I love how thorough you are. I want to rush into practice but I am definitely not skipping over anything to get there.
