how to not get a buzz when strumming chords

Hi there i was wondering if there is a better way to stop the buzzing when i strum say a c major chord always seem to have it buzz on the high e i know its my hand touching but is there a way to try to stop this ? some exercise ? any help would be great

Yes. Now you know the cause (what not to do), you can figure out by experimenting with personal physique dynamics what [u]you[/u] need to do to affect the result you're wanting. Open C is a stretchy chord to ideally position all tips adjacent their respective fret for those with shorter digits, but in affecting as best one can, still curl all those fingers over the strings to clear the adjacent ones positioning the hand on the neck as necessary to achieve it.

Here's the only "better" or 'easy' way I know of to affect that objective. Reinforcement until rote through repetitive focussed practice over time persisting until instinctive. GL.
