Just curious if you are saying you are stuck on the B7 and F because you can't get the hang of them and don't want to move on or you are stuck because you can't find the motivation to move on?
If it's the former, I would suggest moving on. You can always circle back. On the Stones, are you doing the "made easy" version, or the full version? If you notice in my sig line, I have Honkey Tonk made easy down, but I am still working on the full verison. And trust me, I've been at it a while! But I am in no hurry. I will get it at some point. Until then, I keep moving forward and enjoying what I do learn.
Edit: Regarding the blues. In the little more than a year that I have been learing the guitar, I have found that I like to dabble in many genres, but I really need to focus on 1 - which happens to be the blues. Like any genre there is a lot to study, but I maintain my focus because of my interest in the music, it's history and it's influence on the music I grew up with.
I don't use GT for this. I use another online course. GT is great for learning songs and helping us get started, and the instructor feedback is top notch which is why I have a membership in both. But if you want to learn the blues and the way the "Kings" played it (Albert, Freddie, BB) ... maybe you should take a deep dive.
