rap isnt supposed to be serious stuff, its jsut a form of expression, sorta like poetry jsut with a beat, sure the mtv rap is so mainstream and crappy now that its ridiculous but therre is some realy good rap/hip-hop. But i really dont expect a forum of mostly hardcore guitarists to appreciate all of it much like i think every country song is about bitching and moaning but i know some ppl feel it thas jsut them, me i occasionally like a nice drum beat and a phat bass line with some humerous/smart lyrics, oh and a good flow
