Hello everyone! My name is Bryant and I live in Nampa, Idaho (near Boise). I am brand new to learning to play guitar. I just picked up an acoustic (Fender CC-60S) to learn on. I also have an Ibanez electric that I will be using once I get the basics down. I am also going to take some in-person lessons through the Guitars for Vets organization once a week. I am excited to learn how to play and to learn from everyone in the Guitar Tricks community!

Welcome Bryant,

I have only been at it for just over a month. The lessons are great and the community are really helpful. I'm moving forward at my own pace and under no pressure but am improving.

Thank you for your service from a fellow brother in arms from the UK.

Hi and welcome, fellow Ibanez owner!

My wife bought me a 540S for my 21st, an inexplicable 30 years ago. How time flies. Anyway, I love that guitar as much today as I did when I first laid eyes on it. I do hope yours serves you well too.

Have fun.

Hi Bryant!

Welcome from your Montana neighbor... I'm about 20 miles up the Blackfoot River east of Missoula.

Dig around the forum enough and you'll find a post from me suggesting that if GT members need an organization to donate to they should give Guitars for Vets a look-see.

You're gonna like it here. Good luck, have fun.
