Try adjusting your pick-ups hight with the screws.

You can make the pick-ups closer to the treble strings , so that they come out louder than they are now.

But take care that if you make it so close to the strings the sound might get a little muddy.. I also remember that I read somewhere about the magnets in the pick-ups which helps damping the strings faster, and this may weaken your sustain.
