Hi wengel81

Similar age here.

Fill your glass to the level of realistic goals, add in a spoonful of patience, stir with perseverence and remember to always savor the flavour of joy of the moment in the doing.

Coordination isn't what it was when we were eighteen, but I've not yet personally discovered that a motor skill impediment of significance, and shouldn't ordinarily be yet unless from previous injury or suffering disabling arthritus.

The one I recognise which is an encumbrance which can't be circumvented until someone formulates and bottles a genuine elixir of youth, is sheer speed with scales and licks due to age accompanying unavoidably diminished reflex.

Chords at any tempo and single line melody at moderate to fast tempo will be fine.
