Is it possible to go through the Fundametals 2 with an acoustic?

I can see Lisa has gone from her Go To Acoustic from Fundametals 1 to an electric on Fundamentals 2...

I am sure many people do not have both.. so is the tuition in Fundametals 2 also suitable for an Acoustic learner?

I always thought Power and Barre Chords were more for electric guitars... I would have though they were not appropriate for an Acoustic.. but could be wrong?

Anyone help me out?
