Lucky you! I long for someone to play guitar with. My whole life I've been single, in terms of guitarists in and around my family circle. So many great songs to learn on this site with multiple parts and I've no one to enjoy them with 😪

She plays piano and flute, I am not musically inclined but it has been fun for the both of us.

What a coincidence! Those are the same two instruments that my daughter plays as well!

I hope the two of you enjoy a lifetime of playing music together.

Sadly, my daughter lost interest in playing with her dad during her later teenage years, but I suppose that was "normal", right?

I can tell you though that there was a bond established. We still talk as musicians from time to time, and just recently we talked about playing something together. We'll see how that plays out.
