Hello,

I'm just about to subscribe but want some help please.

I'm not an absolute beginner, not intermediate. I want to learn acoustic and want to know the best instructor for me.

Secondly if I subscribe can I switch tutors?

Many thanks,

Anthony

Hi

I have found the site very useful. I've been a member almost a year now. The site uses pre-recorded lessons by various instructors and private lessons are available for an extra cost.

It would likely be best to begin with Lisa's beginner videos. Once you get some basics you could move onto other lessons whether it be genres, or songs.

The site is really geared towards self direction, but again, starting with Lisa will open things up for you.

And lastly, I would add that I believe the guitar is a life long study. Patience will be key to your success.

Good luck.

This year the diet is definitely gonna stick!

Hi Anthony and welcome.

When you subscribe, what you choose is entirely up to you and you can change instructors any time you want

From the 'HOME' page, on the left, click on 'Instructors'. You will find all the instructors and what they teach. Pick, choose and change any time you want to.

Back on the 'HOME' page, on the right, click on 'EXPERIENCED LESSONS' box. Underneath the 'Core Learning System' panel, click on 'STYLES' then 'Accoustic'. Pick and choose whatever you like, at any level. Change any time you like.

I hope that will get you started.

Kind regards

Joe.

Hey William,

I didn't mean to tread on your toes. We posted at the same time and I didn't see your response.

Sorry.

Joe

Hi Anthony,

Welcome![br]Since you are somewhere between Beginner and Intermediate, I'd suggest you take a ride through my Guitar Fundamentals Courses. The beginning lessons will likely be too easy for you, but there are a lot of super-important core skills taught in there as well, that will help you become a more solid player across the board.

Meanwhile, feel free to hop around, try songs from the songs sections, try other instructors, etc.

It's just that my Fundamentals Courses teach essential core-skills that will set you up to learn to play any styles you wish, with a very strong foundation.

Have fun! - Lisa

Thanks all. Sorry for the delay in reply.

I started with Lisa's. Yes I've a lot to learn, fundamentals also.

I've found them extremely helpful, it's good to have a structure.

Thanks all once again.
